We believe that in order to be successful we must remain aligned with not only you as the client, but also with our motor carriers. We always seek to understand the intricacies of your supply chain which allows us to provide trucking services customized to you. We seek to understand your freight, shipment frequency and lanes. Additionally, and as equally as important, is alignment with our carriers. We utilize a detailed scorecard (See “Carrier Scorecard” below) that gathers real-time data which drives carrier onboarding, reporting and performance. This alignment with both clients and carriers allows us to cost effectively, safely and efficiently deliver your freight.
RESPONSIVE & PROACTIVE
Communication at every milestone is key. We proactively communicate with not only our carriers and drivers but also with shippers, terminal staff and other stakeholders in the supply chain. We push load data and status information in real-time versus you having to pull it from us.

Our team remains flexible regardless of the situation. As a privately held company we are agile and able to adjust to changes quickly. It is this flexibility that shippers and carriers greatly appreciate in an industry that is consistently in motion.

Variables such as the motor carrier’s safety rating, the truck’s location in comparison to your freight and freight rate economics are critical factors to evaluate when booking a load efficiently and cost effectively.
